Heavy deadlifts and a WOD of STOH and DUs. Felt good throughout, did a 2 rep DL at 105kg which is the heaviest since my shoulder issues started. Despite doing many of the STOH on the rebound I had no scapula pain. However, towards the end the front and top of my right shoulder started moaning and now it’s achy as hell. Hoping it’s just the pump from the presses and DUs and that it will subside soon. On a positive note, of the 6 rounds I did 4 of then with unbroken DUs.  (at Crossfit london)

I did not finish today’s WOD. too effing hard. Very happy with my wall ball form though (but not so happy with the face catch I did while warming up).  Solid front squats at 70kg. No pain anywhere today. The only thing that now gives me savvy sharp pain in the shoulder seems to be the jerk. What a jerk.  (at Crossfit london)

The gym clearly needs new marker pens. Good WOD, subbed HSPUs for dumbbell presses, and PUs for KB swings to reduce the pump strain on my forearms as that makes my elbow hurt so much. Phil gave my elbow the voodoo band treatment, so my arm now makes me look like a junkie. Bruised shallow veins everywhere. But feels better than in a long time.  (at Crossfit london)
